About Course

Transition Resource Action Center (TRAC) has an important mission to provide individualized pathways to stable housing, independence, and well-being for disconnected youth and we need compassionate and caring volunteers, like you, to help us

We need your help to show our youth that there are people outside of their TRAC support system that care about them and want to see them succeed

Whether you plan to cook a meal, help organize our pantry, decorate for our Holiday Party, or just show up to say hi to youth as they walk in, YOU are making a difference.
