Skill Building at TRAC:

Everything TRAC does is about skill building. From our special events to our PAL and Post-PAL classes, everything has a purpose. We use the Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment as a tool to evaluate the independent living skills of youth who are aging out.

Along with this assessment tool, the youth attend the State mandated   Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) Program. This program is designed to help youth, leaving the care of the state develop self confidence and self sufficiency.
