C4t2 - CHANGE FOR TODAY &
TOMORROW

C4t2 is a youth empowerment
group that is looking to change the outlook on foster
youth in a positive way. The group is made up of both
in-care and emancipated foster youth who come together
to make a "Change for Today & Tomorrow!"
An Invitation from the 2009 C4t2
President
Hello! As a former foster youth myself,
I’m honored and proud to represent Change for Today and
Tomorrow (C4t2) as acting President. C4t2
gives not only our current foster youth, but the
emancipated youth information regarding their rights,
and helps provide a level of empowerment to exercise
these very rights.
We need your help to recruit and invite
current and former foster youth to attend C4t2’s
once-a-month meetings. All meeting are open to
non-members. We encourage you as community members,
mentors, foster and adoptive parents, congress members,
counselor’s, Judges, etc. to attend when available.
C4t2 boasts of a promising
future, helping those directly involved with the youth
action council, and those who benefit by its missions
and goals. Change for Today and Tomorrow will give
Texas’ youth a sense of belonging, hone in and develop
their leadership skills and inevitably change our child
protective service by those who know it the best, our
current and former foster youth.
I look forward to seeing you at a meeting
or event very soon!
Tiffani Harrison
