Program: 

Progressive Pathways - Transitional Living Program

Program Description:

Transitional living program serving pregnant, parenting and homeless youth ages 15 to 21 for up to 18 months or until they turn 21.

 

Eligibility:
Program participants must:

o       Not be in the conservatorship of the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.

o       Not be on probation.

o       Not have a history of criminal activity

o       Agree to drug screen (Required prior to admission and random drug screens conducted after admission).

o       Be capable of and motivated to achieve independence.

 

Other important information:

o       Three concentrated impacted experiences are provided to residents: goal assessment, daily living skills management, and successful independence.

o       Program participants must be continuing their education or be employed or a combination thereof.

o       Program capacity is 20 youth.

o       Progressive Pathways is located in McKinney, TX.
