Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange
(GRACE)
Program Description:
Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange. The GRACE Transitional
Housing Program is designed to provide formerly homeless
persons with housing and supportive case management. Serves
Grapevine, Southlake and Colleyville. Clients and their
families have a place to live while they work, pay off debt,
learn new skills and regain personal confidence. Volunteers
from local churches aid in supporting the participants,
through donation of furnishings to mentoring.
